Litterae emergentes bisphenolum A (BPA) late diffundentem endocrinam chemicam perturbantes, cum detectio in vita prima occurrit, periculum syndromi metabolicae augere potest.In hoc studio hypothesin investigavimus quam perinatalis expositio ad BPA prolem paratam ad pingue iecoris morbum: hepatica manifestatio syndrome metabolicae et eius possibilis mechanismus.Mures gravidae Wistar administratae sunt cum BPA (40μg/kg/die) vel vehiculum in partu et lactatione.Hepatis histologia, analysis diametica, transcriptum et munus mitochondriale in masculi prole postnatal 3, 15 et 26 septimanas examinantur.Ad 3 septimanas aetatis abnormes morphologiam et functionem iecoris non observabant in prole BPA exposita, sed diminutio in complexu respiratorii mitochondrialis (MRC) activitatem (I et III) et significantes mutationes in gene expressione immixtae in acido mitochondriali pingue metabolismi erant observari cum imperium.Ad 15 septimanas, micro-vesiculares steatosis in hepate, genesis re- gulatae in vias lipogenesis implicatae, multiplicatae ROS generationis et emissio Cytc in prole BPA exposita observabantur.Tum ampla cumulatio pingue in hepate et seri elevato ALT observata est in partu BPA-exposito ad 26 septimanas.In observatione longitudinali, munus mitochondriale hepaticum incluso MRC activitatem, ATP productionem, ROS generationem et potentialem membranam mitochondrialem in BPA prolis exposita paulatim degravescebat.Revelatio perinatalis BPA ad progressionem steatosis hepaticae in prole muribus confert, quae mediari potest per munus mitochondriale hepaticum imminutum et metabolismi lipidi hepatici sursum ordinato.
